All shipping charges are forwarded at our actual cost; no mark ups or handling fees are added. Ever.

Payment is due at time of shipping.

Orders ship via Canada Post unless other arrangements are made in advance.

Returns and exchange within 7 days with receipt. Items must be in new, unwashed, unused condition with all hang tags in place.

All goods purchased from a retail store are subject to that store's policies.
